Kalmorn builds operational platforms, forward-deploys engineers to fit them to your business, and — uniquely — offers you a path to owning the result. We work where regulated, field-heavy operations meet software that generic SaaS fails to serve.

Four domains prove the model: clinical examination, environmental compliance, geotechnical logging, and workforce time attribution. The common thread is work that happens in the field, under regulation, in the tools people already use.

Our Vision

Off-the-shelf SaaS makes you work the vendor's way. Custom development starts from zero and ships late. We envision a third way: platforms already live in the field, adapted to how your work actually flows — up to a dedicated instance on your own domain.

And if it becomes core to your business, you can buy it. What we build for you stays yours — ring-fenced by contract, never fed back into our product. That's a promise no SaaS vendor makes.

Built Across Three Continents

Kalmorn Tech is grounded in fourteen years of technology delivery across three continents. Kalu Ejibe's career spans engineering banking applications at Fidelity Bank, training process-excellence champions at the Central Bank of Nigeria, and directing digital transformation programmes across Nigeria, the UK, and Ghana — before moving into Canadian enterprise.

Delivering across that range of regulatory environments, industries, and infrastructure realities shaped the conviction behind every product Kalmorn ships: the best technology meets people where they are — the clinic room, the drill site, the spreadsheet people already live in.

Enterprise Rigour, Founder Speed

Kalu leads IT demand and resource management in the enterprise PMO at ENMAX, one of Alberta's largest utilities — managing annual IT investments of $80M–$130M CAD and building the integrated planning model behind them. Before that: leading platform development for an AI learning company, and a decade of transformation work on three continents.

Kalmorn Tech is where that discipline meets speed. Every product — VOSS, Drillr, GRYD, Tymr — was conceived, architected, and shipped by a founder who writes the code, talks to the users, and stands behind the result. The enterprise work keeps the products rigorous; the founder work keeps them moving.
